In their own words

I have a love hate relationship with this car. Every month, without fail, it goes back to the dealer: Leaking Windscreen. Early damage to upholstery (after just 10,000 miles). Craned off the drive twice due to control box issues. Terrible brake by wire failures (4 and couting) that immobilise the car, which is especially scary when it stops and refuses to move at a busy junction... can you imagine....! Constant camera faults, which turns off the self-drive
Every second journey the infotainment refuses to come on unless you restart the car (this always happens 50% of the way into a long motorway cruise...)
And so on
Within warranty, the customer service is pretty darn good. Outside of warranty it's a nightmare, in just two months after the warranty ran out I had to spend £2,000 getting it back on the road, and that's with lots of painfully negotiated discount. I bought the extended warranty at £80 a month (after a £500 charge to check the vehicle didn't have any other current problems!), and now it's back to just being a pain in the *bleep* and not a massive pain in the wallet.
So lot's to hate, but the most annoying thing is it's really lovely to drive, fast, responsive, lovely ride, great interior space and decent eveyday range, better than friends Tesla 3's and Polestar 2's.
But I shan't be getting another, I just can't face the hassle.
